1What types of e-bikes do you have available?
We have the Rad Rover 6 Plus. This is a flexible bike that works well on a range of surfaces and riding conditions. It is designed for both city and off-road riding and has a powerful motor, large capacity battery, and an upright riding position making it our top choice for sightseeing and exploring the city of Page.
2Do I need to have prior experience riding an e-bike?
No, prior experience for riding an e-bike is not required. We will provide basic instructions on how to operate the bike, including the controls and safety features. However, it may be helpful to have some experience riding a bike, as this will make it easier to adjust to riding an e-bike.
3What is included in the tour fee?
The fee includes the e-bike, a helmet and a lock. You also have a guide that will take you through the experience. This should provide you with all the necessary equipment and information to have a safe and enjoyable ride in the city of Page.
4What is your cancellation policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 24 hours
notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

The guide will be able to assist you and make sure you get back to the shop.
9What if my bike runs out of battery?
Our e-bikes are rated to go 25-45 miles on a full charge. However, riders need to remember that these are bicycles, and some level of effort will be required to preserve your battery.
10What if I damage the bike?
As part of our waiver, renters agree to pay for all damages incurred during their rental above normal wear and tear. Please review our Terms and Conditions Agreement here.
11What if the bike is stolen?
During the period of the rental, the responsibility of securing the bike will fall to the renter. Bike locks are available at our location at no additional cost. Please review our Terms and Conditions Agreement here as it relates to lost or stolen ebikes.
